IFR-MP02 is a 100% halogen-free environmentally friendly flame retardant based on phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic technology, which is classified as melamine polyphosphate series. IFR-MP02 can form excellent synergistic system with ADP, MCA, aluminum hydroxide to reduce total formulation cost. It is perfectly applicable for flame retarding PP, PE, EVA, TPE, PA, PBT and other thermoplastic substrates (both glass fiber reinforced and non-reinforced), as well as acrylic, PU and epoxy coating products. For best results, use relatively low processing temperature under sufficient plasticizing, and avoid using calcium carbonate, carbon black and other fillers that may weaken its flame retardant performance. The product is packed in 20kg bags, transported as general chemicals, and please store it in dry environment without direct sunlight.
