Applications

This industrial flame retardant stands out for its wide processing temperature window brought by high decomposition temperature, no migration risk thanks to ultra-low water solubility, long-term service stability, and low-smoke low-toxicity performance that improves workplace safety. Its full technical index system includes 12-16% phosphorus, 41-43% nitrogen, moisture below 0.5%, whiteness over 95%, 1.8±0.1 g/cm³ specific gravity, 0.3~0.5 g/cm³ bulk density, ≥330℃ TGA 1% temperature and ≤15µm particle size.

Widely compatible with ADP, MCA and aluminum hydroxide for better flame retardant efficiency, IFR-MP02 perfectly fits flame retardant modification of PP, PE, EVA, TPE, PA, PBT (with or without glass fiber reinforcement), as well as acrylic, PU and epoxy coating systems. To get the best comprehensive performance, set a relatively low processing temperature under full plasticizing state, and avoid using calcium carbonate, carbon black and other fillers that may weaken its flame retardant effect. The 20kg/bag packaged product can be transported as ordinary chemicals, just keep it in dry storage environment away from direct sunlight.
