Melamine Polyphosphate Halogen-Free Flame Retardant

IFR-MP02 is Melamine Polyphosphate, which is a kind of halogen free environmentally friendly flame retardant based on phosphorous and nitrogen synergism. IFR-MP02 could takes effect by itself or with other retardant monomers, make some polymer pass the tests of UL94-V0(0.75mm), GWIT 750℃, GWFI 960℃. Moreover, it is free from the restrictions of RoHS Directive and REACH Regulation.

Characteristic

High decomposition temperature provides wide processing temperature window.

Very lower water solubility and no migration, has stable performance in long-term use.

Lower smoke density. Lower smoke toxicity.

Applications

There is synergy effect between IFR-MP02 and ADP MCA Aluminum hydroxide etc. Suitable for flame retarding PPPEEVATPEPAPBT and other thermoplastic substrates, with glass fiber reinforced or not,and also suitable for flame retarding acrylicPUepoxy coating.

Attentions

1. Under the enough plasticizing, suggest to use lower processing temperature to get better comprehensive performance.

2. Fillers and pigments may have adverse effects on flame retardant, such as calcium carbonate, carbon black etc.

Packaging & Storage: 20kg/bag. Transport like general chemicals. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
