IFR-MP02 is a high-performance halogen-free environmentally friendly flame retardant built on phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic mechanism. It can function independently or compound with other flame retardant monomers, enabling polymers to meet UL94-V0 (0.75mm), GWIT 750℃ and GWFI 960℃ standards, and fully complies with RoHS Directive and REACH Regulation requirements.

This product features a high decomposition temperature that delivers a wide processing temperature window, extremely low water solubility with no migration, long-term stable performance, as well as low smoke density and low smoke toxicity. Its key specifications cover 12-16% phosphor content, 41-43% nitrogen content, moisture ≤0.5%, whiteness ≥95%, specific gravity 1.8±0.1 g/cm³, bulk density 0.3~0.5 g/cm³, TGA 1% ≥330℃ and particle size ≤15µm.
IFR-MP02 shows excellent synergy with ADP, MCA, aluminum hydroxide and other additives. It is ideal for flame retarding PP, PE, EVA, TPE, PA, PBT and other thermoplastic substrates (both glass fiber reinforced and non-reinforced), and also applicable to acrylic, PU and epoxy coating flame retardant scenarios. For optimal performance, use lower processing temperature under sufficient plasticizing conditions, and note that fillers like calcium carbonate and carbon black may negatively affect its flame retardant effect. The product is packed in 20kg bags, transported as general chemicals, and should be stored in dry places away from direct sunlight.
