IFR-MP02 is a 100% halogen-free environmentally friendly flame retardant based on phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic technology, which is classified as melamine polyphosphate series. It can exert flame retardant effect independently or cooperate with other flame retardant monomers, helping polymer materials pass UL94-V0 (0.75mm), GWIT 750℃ and GWFI 960℃ strict fire tests, and it is completely free from the restriction clauses of RoHS Directive and REACH Regulation.

Applications
This eco flame retardant brings multiple green benefits: high decomposition temperature supports a wider processing temperature window for manufacturers, very low water solubility eliminates migration risk to keep product performance stable in long-term use, and low smoke density & low smoke toxicity greatly reduce harmful gas emission during combustion.
IFR-MP02 has excellent compatibility and synergistic effect with ADP, MCA, aluminum hydroxide and other eco-friendly additives. It is widely used for flame retarding PP, PE, EVA, TPE, PA, PBT and other thermoplastic substrates (no matter glass fiber reinforced or not), and also suitable for acrylic, PU and epoxy coating flame retardant scenarios. To obtain the best comprehensive performance, please use lower processing temperature under sufficient plasticizing conditions, and avoid adding calcium carbonate, carbon black and other fillers that may reduce the flame retardant effect.
