IFR-PAP01 Piperazine Pyrophosphate is a halogen-free eco-friendly intumescent flame retardant with built-in carbon source and acid source. When compounded with selected gas source and acid source components, it forms a high-efficiency IFR system that enables polymers to pass UL94-V0 (0.75mm), GWIT 750℃ and GWFI 960℃ tests. Fully RoHS and REACH compliant, it features ultra-high char formation efficiency, excellent flame retardant performance, good synergy with other flame retardant monomers, high decomposition temperature for a wide processing window, outstanding migration resistance, low smoke density and low smoke toxicity.

Applications
IFR-PAP01 demonstrates remarkable synergistic performance when compounded with MPP, MCA, aluminum hydroxide and other common flame retardant additives in the industry. It is perfectly applicable for flame retardant modification of PP, PE, EVA, TPE, TPU and a wide range of thermoplastic substrates, covering both non-reinforced and glass fiber reinforced material systems.
