Introduction:

IFR-RB6001 is a halogen-free flame retardant based on aluminum salt of organic phosphonic acid. It is a white powder with low dust, high hydrophobicity, heat resistance and non-migratory. It is widely used for high performance flame retardant engineering plastics such as polyester (PET, PBT) and PA (glass fiber reinforced and unreinforced).

It is a white powder and is suitable for fiberglass reinforced nylon systems (PA6, PA66, PPA, etc.), various polyesters (PBT, PET, PTT), modified polyesters, polyester elastomers, and polyester alloys (Polyester rich composite systems) due to its advantages of good heat resistance and stability, small addition amount, excellent mechanical properties, good color, low combustion smoke density, and high CTI value.

It can be added alone or combined with other halogen-free flame retardants (MPP, MCA, etc.) to achieve higher synergistic halogen-free flame retardant effects and better comprehensive electrical, mechanical, heat resistance and other properties.
