Introduction:

 

IFR-RB6022 Aluminum Diethylphosphinate (ADP) Halogen-Free Flame Retardant is a premium halogen-free aluminum diethylphosphinate (ADP) flame retardant, professionally developed as a direct alternative to Clariant Exolit OP1230. This specially surface-modified organophosphinate salt comes in uniform white powder form, featuring ultra-high thermal stability matching high-temperature engineering plastic processing standards. It delivers low addition dosage, preserves the original mechanical strength and toughness of base resins, and boasts consistent color performance, ultra-low smoke emission during combustion, and superior CTI electrical tracking resistance. Compared with mainstream imported OP1230 flame retardants, IFR-RB6022 achieves equivalent flame-retardant efficiency and stable physical properties, providing a cost-effective, high-quality replacement solution for high-end plastic modification.

Applications:

 

scenarios, it is perfectly suitable for high-temperature resistant nylon and high glass-fiber loaded nylon grades, fully replacing Clariant OP1230 in PA modification. It also applies to conventional glass-reinforced PA6, PA66, PPA systems, as well as PBT, PET, PTT modified polyesters, polyester elastomers and polyester-based alloy composites, meeting UL94 V-0 flame retardant requirements for electrical and electronic engineering plastics.
