Introduction:

 

IFR-RB6022 ADP Organophosphinate Halogen-Free Flame Retardant is tailored for rigorous high-temperature extrusion and injection molding processes, a high-purity ADP halogen-free flame retardant benchmarked against Clariant Exolit OP1230. With upgraded surface treatment technology, this fine white powder exhibits excellent thermal decomposition resistance and processing stability, resisting discoloration, decomposition and mechanical performance attenuation under long-cycle high-shear processing conditions. It features outstanding compatibility with nylon and polyester resins, negligible impact on melt fluidity, stable color uniformity and low smoke density. As a process-upgraded substitute for OP1230, it solves the processing instability problems of traditional imported flame retardants while maintaining consistent flame-retardant performance.

Applications:

 

Ideal for modified high-temperature nylon and high-glass-content nylon that requires strict high-temperature processing tolerance, serving as a full-performance alternative to Clariant OP1230 for high-end nylon modification. It is also widely compatible with standard glass-filled PA series resins, various polyester materials including PBT, PET and PTT, modified polyester compounds, thermoplastic polyester elastomers and polyester-dominant alloy systems, adapting to diverse industrial molding processes.
