Introduction:

IFR-RB6022 Eco-Friendly ADP Halogen-Free Flame Retardant is an eco-friendly, high-purity halogen-free ADP flame retardant, serving as a cost-effective and sustainable alternative to Clariant Exolit OP1230. Made of specially treated organophosphinate salt compounds, the fine white powder complies with global environmental protection regulations, featuring zero halogen components, ultra-low combustion smoke density and excellent thermal aging resistance. It retains the high CTI electrical safety performance of imported OP1230 products with lower mechanical loss to base materials, significantly improving the fire safety and long-term service durability of flame-retardant plastics, and replacing traditional halogen and ordinary phosphorus-based flame retardants for high-standard industrial applications.

Applications:


Specially optimized for high-temperature processing nylon and high glass-content reinforced nylon in high-demand industrial scenarios, with performance fully comparable to Clariant OP1230. It is also universally applicable to conventional glass-filled PA engineering plastics, PBT/PET/PTT polyester resins, modified polyester blends, polyester elastomers and all polyester-rich composite alloy materials, suitable for high-standard electrical appliances, new energy and automotive flame-retardant plastic parts.
