RB-6003 is a high-performance organic phosphinate-based halogen-free flame retardant designed for high-level dispersion-sensitive polymer systems. Featuring an ultra-fine particle size with D95 below 10 μm, this flame retardant achieves superior uniform distribution inside resins, avoiding agglomeration, surface speckles and mechanical decline commonly seen with conventional flame retardant powders. RB-6003 presents excellent compatibility with epoxy resin, phenolic resin, modified polyester and various organic solvent systems. With a thermal decomposition temperature above 350°C, it maintains stable performance during high-temperature extrusion and curing processes. Insoluble in water and general organic solvents, RB-6003 delivers outstanding hydrolysis resistance and long-term environmental stability.
