Flexible Polymer Grade Aluminum Diethylphosphinate Flame Retardant for TPU/TPE/EVA Use

Introduction:

 

RB-6003 is a premium halogen-free organic phosphinate flame retardant characterized by exceptional hydrolysis resistance and chemical stability. The unique molecular structure makes the powder insoluble in water and most conventional organic solvents, providing long-term anti-aging and moisture-resistant performance for polymer materials. Compared with traditional flame retardants that easily fail under humid and hot environments, RB-6003 maintains stable flame retardant effects and mechanical properties after long-term use. It adopts ultra-fine particle design for uniform dispersion in epoxy, phenolic and modified polyester systems, and supports high-temperature processing with a decomposition temperature over 350°C.

Applications: Extensively used for flame retardant enhancement of soft polymer materials such as TPU, TPE and EVA, especially ideal for extrusion-grade materials exposed to humid environments. It supports flexible formula design, working efficiently alone or cooperating with nitrogen-based flame retardants (MPP/MCA), organosilicon additives and phosphorus-modified epoxy resins to build durable and high-efficiency halogen-free flame retardant systems.
 
Packaging & Storage: 12.5kg moisture-proof sealed packaging. Store in dry, cool and airtight conditions to avoid humidity interference and maintain excellent hydrolysis resistance for long-term usage.
