Introduction:

 

 

IFR-RB6022 Glass-Filled Nylon ADP Flame Retardant is a high-purity halogen-free aluminum diethylphosphinate (ADP) flame retardant benchmarked strictly against Clariant Exolit OP1230, specially developed for high glass-fiber content PA nylon systems. IFR-RB6022, as an upgraded ADP flame retardant for modified nylon, overcomes the defects of ordinary flame retardants in glass-filled PA materials. This modified white powder possesses superior high-shear resistance and thermal aging resistance, with zero decomposition and no precipitation during high-temperature processing of 20%–50% glass-filled PA6 and PA66 nylon. The product significantly enhances the interfacial compatibility between ADP flame retardant and PA nylon resin, effectively preventing mechanical property attenuation including reduced tensile strength and impact toughness. It endows glass-filled PA nylon with reliable electrical insulation and excellent tracking resistance, fully reaching the application standard of Clariant OP1230 for high-filled nylon modification.

Widely applicable to high-glass-fiber reinforced PA6, PA66 and PPA nylon, covering automotive nylon connectors, electronic switches, terminal blocks and high-temperature resistant nylon structural parts. It perfectly adapts to harsh processing conditions of high temperature and high shear for modified nylon, and can also be used for flame retardant upgrading of conventional polyester engineering plastics.
