Introduction:

WFS‑101 Water‑based Intumescent Fire‑Retardant Coating for Steel Structure is an economical interior‑use fire protective paint, formulated with acrylic emulsion and intumescent flame‑retardant system, dilutable with clean water. Under fire condition, it expands rapidly to form dense heat‑insulating carbonized char layer to protect steel substrate from high‑temperature softening. It features low‑odor, easy construction, strong adhesion to steel surface, suitable for indoor steel structure fire‑protection projects, stable long‑term service performance.

Product Characteristics:

· Cost‑effective interior intumescent fire coating, low‑odor water‑based formula, no strong irritating solvent smell.

· Rapid foaming & charring under fire, forming compact thermal‑insulation protective layer for steel members.

· Excellent adhesion on steel base, good leveling property, smooth finished coating appearance.

· Good storage stability, brush / roller / airless spray applicable, convenient for on‑site construction.
