CP-52 Chlorinated Paraffin: Versatile Additive for Plastic and Rubber Industries

As a high-purity industrial functional auxiliary, Chlorinated Paraffin-52 (CP-52) adopts standardized C14-C17 chlorinated alkane formula with complete CAS and EINECS certification. Compared with other paraffin additives, CP-52 balances excellent plasticizing, flame retardant and lubricating auxiliary properties. It features mild chemical activity and strong compatibility, capable of stably blending with plastics, rubber, coatings and industrial lubricants without causing adverse chemical reactions.

In rubber processing, CP-52 serves as a plasticizer and flame retardant for styrene-butadiene rubber and chloroprene rubber, enhancing tensile strength. Additionally, it is utilized in polyurethane foam adhesives to improve dimensional stability and weather resistance. The product's low viscosity range of 150-750 mPa·s at 50℃ ensures smooth processing, and its non-toxic, non-flammable nature makes it safe for industrial use. CP-52 is also applied in fireproof coatings for ships, vehicles, and building plastics.
