IFR‑OP560 is a high‑performance non‑halogen phosphorus‑containing polyol engineered as a functional equivalent replacement for Clariant Exolit OP560. As a genuine reactive flame‑retardant component, it chemically bonds into polyurethane polymer chains during polymerization rather than merely blending as a free additive. This covalent integration eliminates undesired blooming, leaching and surface migration out of PU substrates. Benefiting from this molecular‑level fixation, finished polyurethane materials can satisfy the strictest emission‑control criteria for flexible PU foams, opening reliable low‑VOC material solutions for automotive interior and other high‑clean‑grade industrial segments.
