FR‑110 is a stabilized high-performance binary copolymer dispersion tailored for professional water-based intumescent fire retardant coatings. It delivers balanced charring rate and dense, stable foam expansion, forming a flexible char structure to greatly enhance the fire resistance of finished coatings, outperforming ordinary commercial emulsion binders.

This emulsion enables controllable char formation and excellent expansion performance, creating a flexible, dense and thermally insulated char barrier under fire conditions. Its excellent thermoplasticity avoids char layer hardening and embrittlement, sustaining stable heat insulation. It supports intumescent coatings with fire protection durability up to 120 minutes, suitable for diverse industrial fireproof coating applications.
