Anti-drip Agent EP-F100

Product Introduction:

EP-F100 is a pure PTFE anti-dripping agent, mainly used in various flame-retardant thermoplastic resins, which can slow down or prevent the resin from dripping at high temperatures. It can be used with a variety of flame retardants to make the material reach UL94 V-0, 5VA and other flame retardant grades, and can reduce the amount of main flame retardant added. The surface of EP-F100 has been specially treated, and the particles have good fluidity.

Product advantages:

l The product does not stick or agglomerate, and the mixing operation is easy;

l It has excellent compatibility with various resins, good dispersibility in resins, and has no    effect on the appearance of the product.

l The product has high content of active ingredients and low addition amount.

Processing Notes:

1. It can be used in various resins such as PP, PE, PC, ABS, etc. Generally, adding 0.1-0.5% can get a good anti-dripping effect. Combined with other flame retardants, the material can reach UL94 V-0, 5VA and other flame retardant grades.

2. During use, if sufficient anti-drip effect is achieved, continuing to add anti-drip agent may affect the fluidity of the material, so it is not recommended to add more.

3. Due to the small amount of addition, even a small amount of loss may have a great impact on the effect. When mixing, be sure to ensure that the mixture is even.
